2.1 Manage E-mail : Managing Rules
Create an Inbox Rule
Outlook Web App should bring you to a page called Manage Myself. There are several options you can edit including Account, E-mail, Groups, Settings, Phone and Block or Allow.
The Inbox Rules are available when you select Organize E-mail.

Select Move messages with specific words in the subject to a folder...
